Nexon ID accounts without any previously created Dungeon Fighter Online characters are currently being denied access to the game. We are aware of the issue and are working to correct it.
If you already have a Dungeon Fighter Online character associated with your Nexon ID, you should be able to play the game without any problem. This error only affects accounts that have previously never created a Dungeon Fighter character before.
If you are a player who has a Nexon ID that, as of last night, did not contain a Dungeon Fighter character.
